Kawatta Ltd sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. The site can be read without JavaScript; the contact form needs it. The form keeps a draft of your message in your own browser, so it isn't lost if you leave the page, and deletes it once the message is sent; the draft never leaves your device until you send it.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that messages are sent by people rather than automated programs. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser details, and may use strictly necessary security mechanisms on its own domain. Cloudflare uses these signals to detect and block bots, not to identify or profile you. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service. Kawatta Ltd does not use that data to identify visitors.

If you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we use your name, email address, organisation and message only to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. Messages sent through the form are delivered to our mailbox through Cloudflare and are not stored on the website. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose, and we do not share it with third parties except where the law requires.

Kawatta Ltd is the data controller. Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to contact@kawatta.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
